SL vs IND 5th ODI: Can Rohit Sharma make his 3rd consecutive century!!!

India’s in-form opener Rohit Gurunath Sharma(R G Sharma) completed his 13th century in ODIs after hammering 104 runs against Sri Lanka in the fourth one-day international of the five-match series in Colombo. Rohit along with captain Kohli smashed a 219 run partnership for the second wicket, setting a perfect platform for the middle order batsman to perform.

A number of records are been broken and made by Indian players in their test and ODI series against Srilanka. After whitewashing the test series by 3-0 now Indian players are eagerly looking forward to whitewashing the ODI series in which they are leading by 4-0. But apart from this, another record is waiting to be broken by the HITMAN who has consecutively scored 2 century.

So if HITMAN able to score another century in the 5th ODI, will become the 1st Indian to score 3 Consecutive century in ODI. And the man who is on the top of this list with 4 Consecutive century is non-other than the previous captain of Srilankan team KC SANGAKKARA, who was already retired from international cricket. It’s a golden chance for Rohit Sharma to break Sanga’s record to bring his name to the top of the record-breaking list.

In previous 2 matches, HITMAN has scored 124*(145) and 104(88). As he always is in the list of record breaker now all eyes will be on him in the 5th ODI. And all are also waiting to see a 100 run partnership stand between HITMAN AND GABAR. If this duo has a 100+ stand then it would be very difficult for the opposition to hit the wicket as this duo will hit sixer to the YORKER BALL also.

When this pair is on the ground we can see the POWER PACK SIXES, THE BLAZING FOURS, the perfect timing sound from the bat that just echoes through hole stadium and mostly the singles between the wicket. So we can say that in shortly ALL IN ONE PAIR. They are now the most successful opening pair in Indian cricket team as they have 11 (100+ stands )and 9 (50+ stands) In their name.

If we can see another 100+ stand in today’s match then they will be close enough to the opening pair VIRU AND MASTERBLASTER who has 12 (100+ stands) and 18 (50+ stands) in their name. Let’s SEE CAN THE DUO DO IT TO GET ANOTHER FEET IN THEIR NAME.
