Kieron Pollard always being in controversy for his rude nature. But today in the CPL match what he has done was just not a sign of good player. No one ever has done such shameful activity just overstepping the bowler’s line to prevent the batsman reaching his century.

Today in the 30th match of CPL between Barbados Tridents vs St Kitts and Nevis Patriots Barbados Tridents bating 1st have set an below average target of 129 in front of St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. From Barbados side only Tion Webster able to score an eye-catching run  32(25).

Chasing this small target St Kitts opening pair Chris Gayle and Evin Lewis started with a big bang. Especially Lewis dominating every bowler and in 6 overs the duo has a stand of 105 runs. When St Kitts need Just 1 run to win Lewis was in 97(32) so he just needed 3 runs to be the 2nd fastest century holder. But Kiran Pollard has done shameful thing by a No ball to prevent Lewis to getting his century.Nothing to do in that stage just in disappointment having a smile on his face lifting his bat high towards the crowd and shaking hands with other player returned to the pavilion. In the post-match presentation, he says that

”It hurts, but hitting 97 not out off 33 balls. I’ll take that any day. I’ve been hitting the ball long and hard in the nets. Confident now and looking forward to the playoffs.”

Even though he missed out his century but his 97 runs help his team to finish 2nd from the top and also be qualified for the playoffs. So Lewis is looking forward for the next playoff match against Trinbago Knight Riders who are on the top of the table
